Disable startup Popup / Quote

Is there a way to disable the startup popup, quote or hint that appears at the bottom of the screen? Personally I find this distracting and somewhat unnecessary especially when I'm on my mobile device.

I didn't find a setting for this - I think. Could someone point me in the right direction?

On the contrary I love it but it goes by so fast!
Great idea to have a setting for on/off and show up time!
