Feature Request: Task Priority with Sorting

I would like to suggest adding a task priority feature to the application.

This feature would involve adding a small dropdown list with numbers from 1 to 10 to the left of each task in the task bar. This dropdown would allow users to assign a priority level to each task.

Furthermore, tasks should be sortable based on their priority level. If tasks have the same priority, they should be further sorted by their creation/addition order (earliest first).

This feature would greatly enhance task organization and prioritization for users.

IMHO, 10 levels of priority is way too many, and would invite fussing and splitting hairs. 3 or 4 levels are about right.

Currently, tags can serve well as priority indicators, using either your own levels (#p1, #p2, #p3...) or combinations of the two tags introduced with the Eisenhower Method board (#important, #urgent).

Automatic sorting options would be helpful, though -- by tag, by due date, etc.

I agree that tags work pretty well as is for setting priorities. But having the ability to sort on these would be very helpful, and a nice improvement!
I like to use the ABC prioritization method for my tags, so sorting on these is just alphabetical.

I'll add sorting for tags in the next release. Meanwhile you can also use "Group By" tags.
