Setting SP to local timezone

I'm running SP in Docker in a LXC on Proxmox.
The timezone is set correctly to PST.
When I access SP on a browser, on a Windows machine that is also set to PST, the time in SP is set to UTC. If I create a reminder for a certain date and time, it will alert me 8 hours in advance because SP is using UTC.
How do I fix this?

I decided to remove the docker container and install the Windows desktop app. Both my phone and desktop PC synchronize to a webdav docker container and there doesn't seem to be any timezone issue.
