Set planned time as default value for focus session duration

When tracking the time of a task -> having focus session enabled as default: How can I have the planned time of the task as the default value of the focus session duration?

I am also curious if possible to set the default value for the focus timer. 25m is set somewhere - could I update it to 15m?
