Is it possible to add sound to reminders? #2899
-
Hi! I've got a task set to repeat every day, it's great that SuperProductivity pops up when its scheduled time arrives, but I was wondering if it could also loop a sound alarm, so that I can hear it if I'm not looking at the screen. Side question: is it possible to edit the default times for snoozing a task? The default options for me are: 10 mins, 30 mins and 60 mins, but I'd like to add "5 mins" Thank you! |

Reminders usually also trigger a system notification. If those are not silent for some reason, you should hear the system notification sound. |

Hello, I know this is answered, but since I was just struggling with the same issue, I'd like to point out that in Ubuntu, notifications are currently silent unless the application requests a sound to be played: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1534681/notifications-are-silent-in-ubuntu-24-04-1-lts For now, I adapted the script from one of the answers there to play a specific sound for Super Productivity notifications. |
