Lunch break ?

Hi there,
I'm new with this app (first day) and I find it amazing so far.

Still, I'm not sure what to do when I go on long break like lunch or going 1h outside to the swimming pool. What's the "good practice" in that case?

At the moment, I just let it in idle but then it tells me "You have not been tracking.." and ask me "add to task" or "dismiss". I should be able to say it was a break, no?

I'm using the desktop app

In the end, during this kind of break, I'm gonna shutdown my computer anyway so the app is stopped. But will that kind of interruption logged?

alright, I'm discovering that it's actually suggesting "break" when I was idle and I shutdown the computer :)
