How do i sync my desktop App with my Mobile App?

i want to sync the apps using either Webdav or
a local file.

couldn't find any guide as for how to do so.

any help?

Hey there! Thanks for your question. Local file sync is not implemented for mobile yet. See #690

For webdav you just need to use the same settings as for desktop. Additionally you need to make sure, that your webdav instance allows requests from app.super-productivity.com.

Okay lets back up for a moment, i never used this stuff.
before i asked about webdav or local files mostly because the other options:(One drive, and google) are somewhat alarming privacy wise.

so... How do i even use Webdav.

I am afraid without google drive or dropbox this might be a bit complicated to setup, as you need your "own" server or someone to allow access for you on theirs. You can use webdav with nextcloud for example.

How much of my data may be exposed to google or drobox if i will choose to use them?

All of it, though you can compress the data for google if you like. Personally I would not expect google to read data on that level (apart from maybe, when the CIA or some other agency asks them to specifically, but then you have bigger problems anyway) as it is beyond what a strictly automatic analyse could do and there is not much to gain for them by it neither.
