Hey, thanks for an amazing app! I have a feature request that is to manually invoke a break via a button, or keyboard shortcut. possible?

Hey there! Thanks for the kind words :)

There is a discussion going on here #1451 which leads me to believe that the app needs a clearer concept of break. Having a button could be one option. To understand this better: How would you ideally like to use the break feature? And what would be the benefit to you?
