I want to host this on my own infrastructure and since it would be available to the internet, it would be great to have some kind of session authentication for the users. This would make it able to support multiple users and would create a teambased solution. So maybe there could be some kind of interaction in projects. Also prescheduled day could be created for team members. This is also a potential to grow a business on. What do you think?

My thoughts went a bit out of space. But what I really want is some kind of protection for selfhosting the webapp. My quick fix solution will be a https basic auth, but that is not the ideal way to solve this problem imo.

I noticed that I missunderstood the concept and saw that it saves the data into the local storage. Some kind of synchronization would be nice, tho. I am wondering if it already exist. Great app.

Got it running with the basic nextcloud sync. It seemd not to run fluent, but it worked kind of as expected. I'll test it on a longer base and will give some feedback.

Since my issue is solved for now. My open mind with a team based collaboration system would be still awesome. Implementing a syncing server and providing a dedicated database for the entries.

Glad that you got it working!

As you mention the concept is a bit different data wise. Maybe the communication could be improved (maybe a wizzard to guide one through the initial setup?).

The app is more of a task client, than a full solution for teams, but as with the sync, it would be great to have a more streamlined process of making this work for teams, too. I wouldn't go so far as to re-invent the wheel just now as there already are some open source based solutions out there.
