Inspections: Add schedules settings to inspection forms detail page

• Schedules can be set for inspection forms, the time and interval that the inspection should be submitted. For example we can set a schedule Every Day or Once a Week on an inspection form, so an inspection submission is expected for all vehicles linked to this form.
