Custom Links Not Working in Desktop App

Describe the bug
Custom links using the data protocol to specify actions with json doesn't work in the desktop app (but copying and pasting into the web version works fine)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a diagram in the desktop app
2. Add a custom link to a shape (even just open another page, or highlight a shape)
3. See that nothing happens
4. Can copy to web version and it works fine

Expected behavior
Goes to other page and/or highlights given id

Oh, I have more detail. Upon saving and reopening, it worked, and doing in new unsaved docs also works. After some experimenting, I think I found the issue - it doesn't self-correct after an error. If you try a custom link that, say, goes to a nonexistent page, you'll got the modal popup saying it couldn't find the page, which is great. But it also completely breaks any custom links - clicking the same one again doesn't open the popup, changing the page id to a working one no longer works, and no other custom links work/do anything anymore, until I save and reopen.

Hopefully that context helps. And now that I know what's going on, and how to work around it, I should be okay. But I'll still leave this open for this, albeit smaller scope, bug.
