RTF to HTML only produces empty table

Hello all
The attached RTF converted to HTML produces empty table.
What can I do to make it work?

My guess is that it's because it uses nestcell and nestrow, which the current RTF parser doesn't understand. We can make this an issue; it could be fixed in principle.

For now you could try opening it in Word and saving as a docx, then using pandoc to convert that.

I would do that, but no chance to run word-automation in a windows service without multiple word.exe hanging in the taskmanager.
