[jetty-http-spi] Add Http 2/3 Support

Enhancement Description

I think it would be great if we could use the spi to handle http 2/3 requests.

You already can: you just have to make sure to call the static JettyHttpServerProvider.setServer() method with a pre-configured Server instance.
