Icon for image project files

Can a new icon be introduced for image project files.

The motivation is, I'd like to denote these files formats with an appropriate icon. However, I think the standard image icon would be misleading. I understand it's undesirable to add many icons for the various image manipulation programs available, however.

As a middle-ground, I think it could be fine to add one new icon, which would be generalized for image project files.
