[JENKINS-71650] Subversion Workspace Version limited to 1.8 in System configuration #1563
Description
Even though the Subversion plugin 2.17.2 is using SvnKit 1.10 the Subversion Workspace Version dropdown list in the System Configuration is limited to version 1.8 (see attachment),
The Subversion Workspace Version dropdown list should list appropriate Svn versions supported.
