Install fzf shell integration with C-T but not C-R

I use hishtory for C-R, fzf will unconditionally bind to C-R but I want only the C-T functionality.

This PR (junegunn/fzf#4535) addresses that, if it gets merged, it will be easy; otherwise, it will require some massaging of the shell integration.
