Enable the semantic information protocol (a.k.a "semantic prompts")

TerminalCtrl has [gained](https://github.com/ismail-yilmaz/Terminal/commit/59c332c5cd58716cbdbc09eca4fe2c9a6ffe569a) base support for [semantic information protocol](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/Per_Bothner/specifications/blob/master/proposals/semantic-prompts.md)l (`OSC 133`).

Bobcat should enable this feature.
