Removing steps from a layer doesn't trigger a redraw #296
Description
When adding steps to layer redraw works, but removing steps doesn't trigger redraw even though it removes steps. Next time a step is added layer is redrawn correctly with updated number of steps.
You can see there are 16 steps even though the number is decremented to 7.
