Adapt the mdBook style to closer match the IOTA design #23
Description
As discussed in #16 it would be could to change the default mdBook appearance to include the IOTA logo, using the color palette, etc. to make it closer to existing iota.org websites.
mdBook supports custom styles as described in: https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/format/config.html
