Creating new PO's from Parts page

Hi everyone,
We've noticed that in the "Purchase Orders" tab of the Parts page you can't create a new PO, while we remember this being possible in previous versions.

This post is just to ask whether this is intentional behavior or its a bug, so we can report it properly.
We'd really appreciate any clues or advice you can share.

Not an intentional bug, it has likely been simply missed in the transfer to the new UI. If you would like to submit a bug report - or even better, provide an implementation to address this, that's fine!
