IGC v2.1.12

Addressing issues with packages installation on Ubuntu 22.04 we have decided to revert the decision to start publishing Ubuntu 24.04 packages and we are switching back to publishing Ubuntu 22.04 packages.
Release notes
- With this release platforms up to and including Gen11 (Ice Lake) are no longer supported.
intel-igc-mediapackage andGenX_IRtool have been removed.iga64tool from theintel-igc-mediapackage has been moved to theintel-igc-opencl-develpackage.- Linker symlinks (
*.so) have been removed from theintel-igc-coreandintel-igc-openclpackages. They will be added back to theintel-igc-opencl-develpackage in a future release. - Packages' names are now suffixed with the major release version with an exception of the
intel-igc-opencl-develpackage.

Known issues
intel-igc-opencl-devel package now containing iga64 will clash with legacy intel-igc-media.
To use both legacy IGC packages and IGC 2.x please uninstall intel-igc-media.
If you wish to keep both GenX_IR tool and a legacy version of iga64, you may run this command before installation of intel-igc-media:
sudo dpkg-divert --package intel-igc-media --divert /usr/local/bin/iga64.1 --rename /usr/local/bin/iga64Dependencies revisions

Platform deprecation
The support for legacy platforms is extended 2 more releases, contrary to information in the previous release notes. This applies only for IGC.
