[TEER bridge] MVP UI to bridge TEER

• show TEER balances on all known networks. at least: IK KAH PAH IP
• allow bridging of free TEER balance only (TEERdays to follow later). Support both directions
• support direct forward to AH (default for PAH, but not for KAH)
• check watchdog status
• check enabled status per direction and per chain
• show events along the hops while waiting for bridging result

It may make sense to build a standalone dApp based on paraspell and PAPI for this
