Display all imported accounts in an overview page

I would like to have a better overview over which accounts have some shielded funds. I suggest:

1. Display All imported accounts in a matrix similar to polkadot-js/apps
2. Public balances are always visible
3. To show the hidden balances, we have to click on a field in the account tile, which will prompt the password input (and maybe session proxy pop-up)
