Setup storybook or some other way to edit components in a browser

Should be able to visually work on elements without using them in another project.

Storybook is the only lib I'm aware of , but there could be others.

@staydecent how do you feel about using the same web server as pwa-starter or web-starter since the brunch/rollup configs already work with our components (for now)?
Storybook seem's cool but I kept hitting road blocks wrt jsx, es7, less, etc. Maybe you'll have better luck!
