We should also have a template for documentation requirements

I don't have time to do this now, but I'm happy to do so in future, or you can add one yourself if you prefer.

It just needs an entry in .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE/ and a link from .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md
