[Evaluator] Empty results when attempting to evaluate certain GitHub repositories

Bug description:

The FAIR evaluator tool fails to generate FAIRsoft scores when using a specific GitHub repository as input.

To reproduce:

• Go to the FAIRsoft evaluator app
• In Step 1, select 'GitHub repository' as the metadata source
• Enter the URL: 'https://github.com/abnerbog/COAWST' and proceed all the way through Step 4 (Results)
  • Note: must use this particular URL as input to reproduce error (this was observed with a few other GitHub repositories as well)
