[EGA METADATA EXPLORER] Filter EGA studies by ALS accession IDs

Replace the current keyword-based ALS filtering with a predefined list of accession IDs. The list will be maintained in the codebase and kept up to date automatically via a GitHub Actions workflow that periodically queries the EGA API and opens a PR when new ALS-related studies are detected
