Add Pythia 8.3.10

Pythia 8.3.10 is currently the latest stable version of Pythia (https://pythia.org/), which offers an upgraded version of the Angantyr model for heavy-ion collisions. The new features from Angantyr will be interesting for the study of air showers.

We should add Pythia 8.3.10 to Chromo.
