Disable right corner banner on clients

Hello,

I'm distributing Quiet Install client software, however when I try to log on to client in the right corner there is a banner saying that

"Remote control session is started"

Is there a way to bypass this notification?

I remember in past this banner was not shown.

there is an option in remotely setting via named "Remote Control Notify User"
if turn off this checkbox, it does not shown.
