As an idea would it be possible to reverse the session Id process for Ad-Hoc support
e.g.

Tech clicks Remote Support
3.this then gives the Tech a session ID
End user browses to remotely and enters the session ID
End user is presented with Download / connect options

this would secure the Ad-hoc attended access from attack
