Hi, I am trying to port this project to an STM32H7. What files are specific to the STM32F4 and need modification in order to use in STM32H7?

Sorry, it is difficult for me to say, what exactly should be changed.
Firstly all this drivers: /HAL_source/Drivers - but they were generated by Cube.
USB drivers should be changed too: /HAL_source/Middlewares/ST/STM32_USB_Host_Library/Core - they also generated by Cube, but I patched some of them.
Probably files here are need to be changed: HAL_source/Middlewares/ST/STM32_USB_Host_Library/Class/VIDEO
Also, if you are planning to work with display, you would need to rewrite all code that is used to control display.
