@hkericb Why are you using reverse: true? I don't think you need that.

Expected Value: 0123
Actual Value: 0123

Case 2 01231234 (Work as expected)
Expected Value: 0123-1234
Actual Value: 0123-1234

Case 3 012312345678 (Error)
Expected Value: (0123) 1234-5678
Actual Value: 0123) 1234-5678(

@hkericb You don't need reverse:true.
Use this mask:
$('input[name="phone"]').mask('(0000) 0000-0000');

without reverse:true, the value isn't what I expected.

e.g. typing 0123 will output (0123) while 0123 is expected.
