Lead generation Scraper Not Working

I tried using the Lead Generation tool built into IGDM Pro, however the Lead Gen Scrapper is not working for the extract users who commented on a post.

I made sure i copied the right posts link multiple times, I tried it with accounts with and without blue checks, accounts with large and small followers, posts with small and large comments, tried restarting the app, running it as admin, non admin, i restarted my PC. And the scrape people who commented on a post tool does NOT work.

meaning, the results bring back all zeros.

The only ones that work is the extract usernames from followers feature.

Commenters on a post feature. Not working, this is the main feature that is the most valuable in terms of gathering the most QUALIFIED leads.

is there anyone that can help me fix this?

Hi @Kinowarriorzero thank you for reporting this issue. Are you able to view the comments of the same post when you load it in the browser with the same instagram account you've connected to IGdm Pro?

Yes, so i have connected my instagram account to ig dm pro, ive used that same account to login to instagram via my chrome browser, i extract the posts link from there, and i confirm that i do see the comments on the post i am extracting from. Still same issue.

couple notes. i dont have my google chrome browser as my default browser on my windows 10. so not sure if that may be the issue, but yeah. i can see the comments in the browser, but ig dm pro is not scraping from the post link still.
