Simulation Terminates Abruptly

this is the issue...
I built the env as per given requirements in 3.7 with cuda 11.3 the agent runs for a few episodes and gives this. Anyone knows where I'm going wrong?

May be the author also has the problem but somwhow he just put the code here, he is not even responding to any of the issues we are putting here
