Skip unfinished records from other study sites for DRM #98
Description
When running the DRM pipeline for a specific study site, it attempts to complete the unfinished records for another study site - leading to unauthenticated requests (which are appropriately caught and the pipeline continues). However, it would be good to only return records of a specific study site to be processed within a study-site specific pipeline run. This relates to the code here. Low priority and awaiting device selection in the summer.
