Create sample projects

This should be done through the Java SCORE Examples project repo. It should include improvements in the following way:

• Use docker compose to easily setup goloop, java build-time environment, and other necessary components
• Follow the CI/CD standards as describe in the ICON Notion Organizer

This may also include creating a docker image for java build-time environment and uploading to Docker Hub
