Add status to Instrument #266
Description
As instruments are sometime replaced by other instruments and/or retired, it would be useful to have a status field added to the Instrument. Ideally this should point to an ontology term referring to the instrument lifecycle status, so we could consider two additions statusLabel and statusIRI, or statusIRI as a minimum.
