Get rid of the Q package dependency - PLEASE

I can certainly understand the need for backward compatibility but isn't it about time to upgrade IBM_DB to use native Promises? If there are installations that have not made the change to the newer NodeJS version yet, then they probably aren't going to need any enhancements to IBM_DB either. But the warning about the Q package being deprecated and to switch is worrisome to some clients.
