latest does not pull from Brave

browser-parrot populate --latest does not populate from Brave while brave is
open.

Repro:

• visit a site
• run populate --latest
• run search (no args) to show latest URLs and verify that your recent history
  from Brave is not there

Have not tried in other chromium browsers to see if it is the same, but I would
expect so. Maybe something to do with brave being open at the time of
populating.
