iTwin Accreditation Course React Template is Broken

At chapter 3, lesson 4 of the Introduction to the iTwin Platform course, when it suggests:

npx create-react-app your-app-name --template @itwin/web-viewer --scripts-version @bentley/react-scripts

and you create, install and serve the application, it says:

Is this a dependency issue? I tried cloning a few sandboxes which seem to be working at iTwinjs, but when you clone them into your own machine, they output the same error.
