Enhanced Support for BlueJ Plugin Files

Currently, BlueJ Plugin files write incorrect data (the XPATH) to the gaze_target attribute, which causes the gazes to group incorrectly when generating fixations. Eventually, Toolkit should support an additional attribute in plugin responses so that the XPATH can be stored properly. This will require tweaking in both Toolkit and BlueJ's plugin
