Remove "Enable Screen Recording"

iTrace-Core has a feature to record the screen during an eye-tracking session. However, this is outdated, as we now have [iTrace-ScreenRecord](https://github.com/iTrace-Dev/iTrace-ScreenRecording). The button in the GUI and corresponding code should be removed to prevent confusion.
