Display List of Connected Plugins

iTrace-Core should be able to receive a communication from a Plugin on it first connecting which identifies which plugin it is. Core should then display a list of all connected plugins so researchers can make sure everything is connected correctly before beginning a session.

This list can likely go on the iTrace Tracking tab.
