Hyprscrolling: add advanced touchpad gesture support. #562
Description
The current hyprland configuration options allow for smooth scrolling between workspaces with gestures. There are no ways of doing it between windows in a single workspace. The layoutmsg approach doesn't yield a smooth scrolling animation. It would be desirable if an option similar to this was available:
gesture = 3, horizontal, hyprscrolling
