[ from @waynecollier-da ]: We have significantly improved scrolling in the Canton Coin Scan Recent Activity tab in CI Daily.

In other views, on other networks, scrolling is either slow or non-existent:

Let's bring all lists up to the same performance and use model, in Scan UI, and the Validator list in SV UI.
