Link to symbolic current version of Digital Asset docs

We want to link to the the "Build" subsite docs maintained by Digital Asset at: https://docs.digitalasset.com/build/3.3/

However, the only links currently available are to hard-coded versions, which does not age well. Preferably we could link to https://docs.digitalasset.com/build/current/ for the current version of these docs.

This should be doable once https://github.com/DACH-NY/docs-website/issues/548 is done.
