[Epic] Pilot Program: Validate first small event use case #4

Goal

Design and run the first controlled pilot for Voice Match / YTIM with a small curated event.

Why it matters

The idea becomes real when organizers, attendees, and sponsors use it in a live context and provide evidence that the product solves an important problem.

Scope

  • Select first pilot event type.
  • Build organizer pilot one-pager.
  • Draft attendee onboarding email.
  • Draft consent language.
  • Define pilot success metrics.
  • Define event-day operating script.
  • Define post-event report template.
  • Recruit pilot candidates.
  • Track feedback and objections.

Out of scope

  • Large conference launch.
  • Paid sponsor dashboard before pilot validation.
  • Any event where participants cannot meaningfully consent.

Acceptance criteria

  • Pilot package exists in docs.
  • At least 10 candidate pilot events or hosts are listed.
  • At least one pilot host is actively being pursued.
  • Pilot success metrics are measurable.
  • Privacy and consent are reviewed before any live use.

Privacy / security notes

Pilot must be opt-in. Avoid events involving minors or sensitive identity contexts. No hidden recognition or hidden location collection.
