Portfolio - Does not display active orders or open positions(perp) from executor

Describe the bug

When testing the Grid and Position executors, I observed that the portfolio view does not display even though there are active executors with open positions and active orders on both spot and perpetual markets.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a grid and position executor
2. Confirm active orders or opened position(perp)
3. Go to portfolio, check perpetual positions and active orders
