triton kernels PRs: swiglu on ROCm PRs sent got closed and got indicated PRs and kernels to be in review as I am not a vouched member, may the PRs be fine?

Hello! I opened 3 PRs with few ROCm kernels I developed last December on ROCm of gemm, dual gemm, modal dual gemm type.
I would be thankful to send you some kernels made on ROCm and these PRs on git got closed and indicated to be in review as indicated I am not a vouched user, may these PRs be fine even if they got closed?

May you please enable my PRs or take a look at them as closed yesterday on git repo kernels-community main and kernels-community/triton-kernels ?

I had submitted a PR to HF on HF to kernels-community/triton-kernels as well in March drafting the PR at first related to these kernels I made on AMDMI300A nodes and AMDMI300X gpus,

The scope of the kernels-community repo is very narrow. We use it for two types of kernels:

• Kernels developed by Hugging Face and partners.
• Kernels developed by third parties, that have not been 'kernelized' yet, but are used by Hugging Face projects such as diffusers and transformers.

I saw that some of the PRs also add to triton-kernels. This is a particular instance of the second type - triton-kernels were synced from the upstream Triton repository: https://github.com/triton-lang/triton/tree/main/python/triton_kernels . These kernels only have the modifications necessary to be in a format that builds with kernel-builder, but changes to these kernels should be submitted upstream to the triton repository. We try not to modify third-party kernels, so that they are as close as possible to upstream. This avoids that upstreams get bug reports, etc. for changes that they didn't introduce.

We encourage kernel developers to make kernels available through their own GitHub repositories and upload them to their own organization or user on the Hugging Face Hub. In that way, you also get all the credits for your work as a kernel developer. You can also apply for the kernel repo type on huggingface.co in Settings -> Account. If your application is accepted, your uploaded kernels will also become visible at https://huggingface.co/kernels .
