Add the ability to set sub projects and different writeups for various versions

Eg. tournaments.tech has the:

1. Frontend
   a. Bootstrap version
   b. Tailwind version
2. Backend
3. Middleware

Possibly import these writeups from their own directory? of versions? Should be able to "expand" various sub projects. Should have the option to click through a version selector.

Do we define the versions in their own files? Might be useful for changing tags, etc.

Maybe if the project name is a directory and not a single file, it has sub projects. We just auto generate the index file of that root path to include the default preview and define all children.
